Sunda New Asian is bringing back their Sushi Rolling Class this winter. Classes will return the first Saturday every month, 4pm-5pm. The first class kicks off at January 6 and then February 3.
During the class, guests will learn the ancient art of sushi and maki making using seaweed wraps, sticky rice, spicy tuna, and more. Sunda New Asian’s chef team provides personal instruction on the delicate creation of this traditional dish.
This 60 minute class will allow guests to make three rolls - Temaki (Hand-Rolled Sushi), Futomaki (Fat-Rolled Sushi), and Uramaki (Inside-Out Rolled Sushi).
