Sunda New Asian (110 W. Illinois St, Chicago, IL) is continuing to offer their sushi rolling classes on July (9th) and August (13th). During the class, guests will learn the ancient art of sushi and maki making using seaweed wraps, sticky rice, spicy tuna, and more. Sunda New Asian’s chef team provides personal instruction on the creation of this traditional dish. 

Guests will make three rolls - 1 sushi roll, 1 hand roll & choice of 1 additional sushi or hand roll.

Guests can also upgrade their experience with add ons like Wok Tossed Shishito Peppers, Spicy Edamame, Seaweed Salad, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Tiger Shrimp Tempura, Miso Cauliflower, Lemongrass Beef Lollipops, Lumpia.
