The Hell Ramen sauce was debuted in 2016, spanning to five levels of Hell Ramen, each with increasing heat. The new 8-ounce jars of Strings' Hell Sauce, priced at $15.95, combines Tian Jing, Szechuan and Thai chilis, along with other secret ingredients.
Jars of Hell Sauce are available for pick-up at Strings Ramen's Chinatown (2141 South Archer) and Lakeview (919 West Belmont) locations, and for delivery on most delivery apps, including GrubHub, Postmates, and UberEats.
