In time for summer, executive chef Katie Dong and the Strings Ramen team rolls-out a brand new summer special, now available at their Chinatown and Lakeview locations, and coming to Strings Madison, Wisconsin later this month.

Strings' decadent new Hiyashi King features Strings' homemade, secret-recipe ramen noodles, served chilled and tossed with yuzu soy, topped with fresh Alaskan king crab meat, ikura (red caviar), uni (sea urchin), teamed with cucumber jalapeño salad, scallion oil drizzle and nori furikake, $21.95.

This new summer special joins a line-up of other warm weather optionss at Strings, including a variety of yaki sobas, sashimi and meat rice bowls, maze soba and more.
