Square Roots Kitchen Now Open in West Loop

We all know that Chicago winters can be unbearable and going out for lunch can sound like such a chore. Luckily, a new fast-casual lunch spot just opened up and simultaneously launched their delivery service to multiple downtown Chicago neighborhoods to spare you from having to face the cold weather! Square Roots Kitchen (SRK), opened in the West Loop on January 29 and features healthy wraps, salads, and bowls.

Nearly everything on the Square Roots menu is customizable. Stick with the kitchen’s default suggestions or branch out and make it your own. Each base (spinach tortilla for the wraps, quinoa for the bowls and a mix of leafy greens for the salads) for now is not customizable. However everything that goes in or on top is up to you! Change the protein, veggies, cheese and sauces to make your dream healthy lunch. There are so many options to choose from, you can eat something different every day of the week!

If you like to brave the cold and get out for some sun and fresh air, SRK has quick service for your workday lunch! Order on one of three giant touchscreens and within a few minutes you have your delicious and nutritious lunch! Alternatively, they have state-of-the-art technology implemented into their app and website to ensure your custom food gets to you even faster. Square Roots Kitchen delivers to the following neighborhoods and is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day:
