III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Lakeshore East will welcome dining guests for a special New York Strip dinner. On Thursday, September 13, executive chef Hans Aeschbacher will present a unique menu that highlights a variety of dishes with one specific cut in the spotlight. The evening will begin with cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a seated dinner featuring four courses: carpaccio of Durham Ranch wagyu striploin; warm prime striploin vinaigreet and wilted spinach; a trio of striploin (Durham Ranch wagyu, prime wet aged and CAB dry aged); and peach crumble for dessert. "Old World" and "New World" wine pairings may be added for $30.
The dinner fee is $75 per guest.
