III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a “Sommelier for a Day” wine tasting on Wednesday, February 3. From 5-7 p.m., III Forks’
in house Sommelier Chris McFall will lead participants through a
sampling of six different wines from France (outlined below) paired with
an array of hors d’oeuvres crafted by Executive Chef Billy Caruso.
Guests may sip and swirl each selection and then vote on their favorite
to be featured for the month. The fee to attend the tasting is $20 per
