III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Bubbles Around the World" tasting event on Wednesday, December 7. Starting at 5 p.m., wine specialist Jessica Marshall-Bruckner will lead participants through a sampling of six sparkling selections (outlined below) paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres crafted by Executive Chef Cedric Harden. Guests may sip, swirl and savor each effervescent varietal and then vote on their favorite to be featured for the month. The fee to attend the tasting is $20 per person.
