Smack Shack rolls out a new brunch menu on Saturday, April 30. Influenced by the flavors of New Orleans’ French Quarter style brunches, guests can enjoy dishes like the Crab Benedict, made with Smack Shack’s crab cakes, avocado, poached eggs and basil hollandaise or the Lobster Scrambled Eggs, made with fresh lobster and rich cream cheese. For a little more of a Big Easy kick, try the Smack Benedict, featuring an English muffin with Andouille sausage, tomato, poached eggs and Cajun hollandaise. Traditional brunchers will enjoy Smack Shack’s Southern Fried Chicken & Waffles, smothered in sugary maple syrup. Other favorites include the Huevos Rancheros, Buttermilk Biscuits & Gravy, and Fulton Malted Waffles. And don’t forget to round out the meal with Smack Shack’s Bloody Mary.
All of Smack Shack’s delicious brunch options will be served on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and with a menu featuring both new and traditional brunch offerings.
