Presenting “An Ode To India”, this exclusive one-night-only tasting menu will celebrate the Indian Festival of Lights. Complete with a four-course tasting menu, inspired by traditional festive dishes with a modern twist – celebrating the culture, warmth and festive spirit of Diwali. Dishes on the tasting menu include Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chaat, Assorted Papad with Pindi Chloe, Baigan Bharta, Tamatar Ki Chaat, Sliced Onion, Aloo Tuk and a Mint and Cilantro Chutney, as well as a selection of entrees like the Paneer Pasanda with Lababdar Gravy, Jackfruit Kofta with Kadai Gravy, Butter Chicken or the Goat Do Pyaza.
