On Sunday, March 26th from 4-6pm, Siena Tavern will host a from-scratch cooking demonstration, a meet & greet with Chef himself. Chef Viviani will take the stage to teach the group how to make Siena Tavern dishes with touches of spring flavors and ingredients so guests can recreate them at home. The Four-Course From-Scratch Menu & Demonstration will include Bruschetta Board, Orecchiette, Halibut Milanese, and Strawberry Limoncello Profiteroles. Curated by Siena Brand's Wine Sommelier, guests have the option to add a wine tasting paired with each course for the complete dining experience.
Tickets for the evening are $95/person and are inclusive of the 4-course meal, cooking demonstration, and meet & greet.
