Disotto, a wine bar, and restaurant, will host a “Sicily Oceanic Wine Dinner” at its Highwood location at 310 Green Bay Rd this Wednesday, March 23, starting at 6:30 p.m. The wine dinner will be honoring the late consultant and sommelier of Scott Harris Hospitality Joe Fiely, who served as its wine director since 1992 and recently a partner in Joe’s Import before his passing. The “Sicily Oceanic Wine Dinner” will include a five course dinner and Sicilian wine pairings for $90 per person (plus tax and gratuity) with a prepaid reservation via Tock, for parties of 2 to 6.
