Segnatore, the Humboldt Park neighborhood restaurant inspired by traditional Italian cuisine utilizing Midwest ingredients and hospitality, has released its new seasonal menus for brunch and dinner. 

The kitchen helmed by executive chef Matt Troost continues to follow rustic Italian techniques by incorporating fresh and locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

Dinner menu additions include:

  • Chicken liver pate

  • Cacio e pepe arancini

  • Paccheri

  • Mushroom conserva

  • White polenta 

  • Lamb stracotto served family style

Brunch additions include: 

  • Stuffed French toast

  • Nduja pizza

  • Ribolitta

  • Popcorn chicken (smaller version of the whole fried chicken dinner)

  • Chestnut corno

  • Apple fritter  

The bar program led by beverage director Kristina Magro also continues to draw influence from the history of Italian spirits, wine and folklore. The winter cocktail list includes mulled wine served hot, the sardini martini made with sardine & garlic gin, the Italian brandy based Natalecci bonfire (inspired by the holiday traditions of Garfagnana), La Befana – a take on the Amaro flip, fresh-squeezed bloody mary and Bellini pitchers available during brunch. 

Dinner hours have been extended until 11PM Thursday-Saturday. Online ordering for takeout is available during the week.

Weekly specials:

  • Prix Fixe menu available with wine pairing offered Tuesday-Thursday

  • Free dozen oysters with select bottle purchase available on Wednesdays

  • Free order of fried mozzarella with an Andiamo bucket purchase during weekend brunch
