Schneider Deli and chef Billy Zureikat (aka Tripping Billy) are collaborating on a limited-edition sandwich to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. 10% of proceeds will be donated to the organization.
Billy Z's Deli Chopped Cheese ($19) is comprised of chopped corn beef burger, American cheese, hot Russian, onion, lettuce and tomato on a hoagie roll. It’ll be available for the month of February. This sandwich is part of Schneider Deli’s ongoing ’Sandwich Series,’ and past chef partners include Soo Ahn of Adalina, Paul Virant of Gaijin, and Zach Engel of Galit.
