country music star, Andy Velo, for an exclusive dinner featuring Sauza
tequila on Saturday, June 18. The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., followed by a seated dinner at 7:30 p.m. Guests
have the opportunity to meet and greet with the country crooner,
as Velo, a brand ambassador, leads participants through a four course
meal paired with tequila cocktails.
Chef Hector Rivera's modern
Mexican menu, outlined below, features salmon tapas, watermelon jicama
salad, choice of entree (filet tacos de calle; halibut with artichokes),
and coconut pecan ice cream for dessert. Each course is paired with a
cocktail made with Sauza tequila (Blackberry Pineapple Margarita;
Pineapple Crush 'Rita; Raspberry Cosmo 'Rita; Black Barrel Old
Fashioned).
