Sashimi Rice Bowls Now at Strings Ramen

Strings Ramen kicks-off summer, introducing four all-new Sashimi Rice Bowls options.

Based on the popularity of their Cat Rice -- launched last year, featuring tuna sashimi tossed with spicy mayo, topped with crispy seaweed, truffle oil, on bed of rice, Strings has now added 4 new Sashimi Rice Bowl options in time for summer.

Strings' new Sashimi Rice Bowls are available with choice of 4 toppings: Uni -- lighted salted sea urchin, Spicy Scallop, Ikura -- salmon roe marinated in sweet soy, or Spicy Crab -- snow crab tossed in Japanese chili oil mayo, with crispy garlic. Choose one topping $7.95, two topping $9.95, three toppings $11.95...or combine all four for $13.95
