Salero is kicking off the New Year by hosting a Fiesta de España,
an evening featuring authentic and delicious Spanish tastes with a
special four-course menu offered to guests for $75. Reservations are
available beginning at 5 p.m. and extend towards the midnight celebration.

Salero’s New Year’s Eve menu will feature:
Course 1 (choose one)
Wood grilled prawns with sherry butter and piperade
Morcilla a la plancha with poached egg, chanterelles and chickpeas
Course 2 (choose one)
Grilled Maine lobster with clams, fideos, peppers and aioli
Pork belly braised in romesco sauce with winter greens and hazelnuts
White truffle risotto ($30 supplemental charge)
Course 3 (choose one)
Grilled strip loin with sauces mojo rojo and mojo verde
Sautéed black bass with roasted winter vegetables and rioja sauce
Course 4 (choose one)
Coca de fraga, membrillo, and yogurt panna cotta
Chocolate cremeux, persimmons, and turron
Optional wine pairings will be offered throughout the evening for $40.
