Special Events Spanish West Loop

On Wednesday, July 27, Salero’s weekly dining event Pintxos and Porrons will feature select wines presented by Nadim Audi of Selection Massale, an importer and online retailer of small production wines from France and Swabia. Audi, who grew up between France and Lebanon, developed a taste for drinking Beaujolais at the Nouvelle Mairie in Paris instead of attending lectures at the nearby Sorbonne. He traded wine for journalism for a few years to cover the Middle East from Egypt, but it called him back when he moved to Chicago.

Pintxos include:

-Grilled Sweetbreads with Eggplant ($3)
-Sherry Glazed Duck Wings ($2)
-Summer of Naxtos ($3)
-Roncal & Morcilla Coca ($5)
