Get ready for rosé this May. Whether still or sparkling, sweet or dry, rosé signals one of the first sign of summer. Gage Hospitality Group is kicking off the season on May 1 with Rosé All May, a celebration of rosé wine with special sips at all venues including: Acanto Restaurant + Wine Bar, Beacon Tavern, Coda di Volpe, The Dawson, & The Gage. The menus include rosé wines from around the world, some exclusive to Gage Hospitality, along with rosé themed specialty cocktails. The Rosé All May menus are available at all restaurants during normal business hours beginning May 1.  

Rosé will be the subject of the May edition of The Dawson Beverage Academy, occurring on Sunday, May 19 at 2 p.m. Students will learn a brief history, discover how the wine is made and sample multiple glass pours of rosé.  Tickets are available at the-dawson.com for $35 and include small bites.
