The Village of Rosemont welcomes LM Restaurant Group’s Land & Lake to its roster of dining establishments. Now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Holiday Inn & Suites (6600 Mannheim Rd.), Land & Lake features a menu of American classics made from locally sourced ingredients.
“Rosemont prides itself on our dining offerings and Land & Lake is the perfect new addition,” said Rosemont Mayor Brad Stephens. "Whether you are looking for a family dining experience, breakfast meeting destination or happy hour spot, Land & Lake offers something for everyone.”
Options on Land & Lake’s menu include Breakfast Mac & Cheese with smoked cheddar mornay, sunny side up egg, bacon and a house made biscuit; the restaurant’s Shrimp & Grain Salad with avocado, arugula, quinoa, pickled onion, fried carrots, goat cheese and house red wine vinaigrette; and a Grilled Pork Chop with roasted apple and whole grain mustard and pickled apples.
The food offerings are complimented by Land & Lake’s bar program featuring a variety of locally and regionally brewed beers; a selection of wine primarily from the West Coast and a variety of craft cocktails. Options from the cocktail menu include the Rosemont with dry white wine, house gin, orange juice and fresh seasonal fruit; the Grant Park with house vodka, elderflower liqueur, blackberry syrup, lime juice, ginger beer and lime garnish and the Ravenswood with Ravenswood house rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger ale and lime garnish.
