Rosati's Pizza and JP Graziano have entered a partnership to feature JP Graziano’s Giardiniera on Rosati’s menus across all locations. Customers will soon be able to savor decades of heritage, taste and family tradition as an add on for all Rosati’s menu items to enhance the flavors of their ‘made-fresh’ offerings.

This collaboration brings together two Chicago institutions, celebrating 150 years of combined family history and culinary tradition.

"The Giardiniera will not only add an extra kick to our fresh menu items, but will also symbolize
the unity of two Chicago institutions," said Jeff Rosati. "We are thrilled to bring this extraordinary
flavor to our customers and to continue the tradition of quality and excellence that both Rosati's
and JP Graziano are known to deliver."

Over the years, Rosati's Pizza, founded in 1964, has expanded to several Chicagoland locations, each owned and operated by different members of the Rosati family, now spanning five generations.

JP Graziano's Giardiniera, a Chicago staple since 1937, traces its roots back to Vincenzo
Graziano, who immigrated from Sicily, Italy. In 2006, Jim Graziano, the fourth generation of this
family-owned Italian business, opened a sub shop inside the original store located at 901 W.
Randolph Street in the West Loop – a location that still stands today.

Tradition is fundamental for both Rosati's and JP Graziano, with a commitment to freshness and
quality ingrained in their ethos.
