theWit returns with its summer series. For its third season, ROOF on theWit, features global party destinations that are focused on style and stimulating sophistication. During this weekend on Friday and Saturday nights, ROOF on theWit hosts an immersion, complete with Chef Nathan Sears’ inspired cuisine, cocktails and entertainment.
“It doesn’t get much better than summer in Chicago, which is why our well-traveled team has enriched travel without having to leave this beautiful city,” says Ryan Kingston, General Manager, theWit Hotel. “The JetSet events are designed to arouse all the senses of these seaside destinations through décor, music, food, libations and overall ambiance.”
On Labor Day weekend, ROOF will take guests to Tahiti, on Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1. Keeping with the Tahitian theme, Chef Sears will serve a special menu of dishes including Papaya and Avocado Salad served with pickled shrimp and vanilla dressing and Char Sui Pork Shoulder Sliders with pineapple.
