On Thursday, February 26, Roka Akor Chicago invites guests to an exclusive sommelier-guided wine dinner, which will pair two classic wine regions of the world against each other. Guests will be able to taste and critique Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietals in sparkling and still form from California and Burgundy with expert knowledge and guidance from Roka Akor's talented staff of in-house sommeliers.
Along with exclusive wines and an enological lesson, the menu for the evening will be a sneak preview of dishes soon to come to Roka Akor's a la carte menu. The wines will be expertly paired with decadent dishes from Executive Chef Ce Bian in an exciting four-course dinner, featuring:
