On Thursday, September 3, Winemaker and Owner Eric Jensen of Booker Wines
will partner with Roka Akor Chicago to serve guests an exclusive
five-course dinner complete with wine tastings by special guests Master
Sommelier Alpana Singh (The Boarding House, Seven Lions) and Michael Muser (Grace Restaurant)
in Roka’s intimate dining room. Each wine will be paired with a dish from Roka Akor’s skilled culinary team.
