Roggenart Bakery Bistro and Café is located at 565 W. Diversey Parkway and is the newest home to Roggenart’s menu of European flavors, and its first Midwest location. Roggenart’s European style menu includes breakfast and lunch items like bacon, egg and cheese on a flaky croissant, oven-baked melts, cast iron pressed sandwiches, and an array of savory and sweet pastries and baked goods.
“We are excited to bring our flaky baked goods to Chicagoland,” said Brody Tennant, owner and managing partner of Roggenart. “We pride ourselves on creating innovative and delicious baked goods based on the tradition of European baking.”
The focus on European-inspired flavors, features freshly baked, traditional Danishes filled with sweet cheese, signature omelets, and the recent addition of vegan croissants and Danishes, as well as vegan breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
