On September 15th, Robert et Fils will expand their hours, offering an all-day cafe and wine bar experience. On Wednesdays through Saturdays, diners can select from coffee, snacks and shareable plates, a beverage program, and more.
“In honor of the recent success from the launch of our Patio Hour, we are excited to expand our offerings and offer the neighborhood a place to gather and mingle all day, “ says Owner/Chef Rob Shaner. “Whether it's grabbing a cup of coffee in the afternoon or walking in for a date night, we aim for Robert et Fils to be the spot where residents can come any time of the day or night.”
To start guests' day on a sweet note, Robert et Fils will offer a small selection of pastries and an espresso-based coffee program. Diners can choose from Americano, Espresso, Cortado, Macchiato, Cappuccinos, and more. Chef Rob Shaner will also offer a selection of snacks, and shareable plates such as cheese boards and charcuterie boards will be available.
For the beverage program, guests can choose from a selection of French natural wines available by the glass or available by the bottle. Each selection on the menu was hand-picked by Beverage Director, Laura Sundh Robinson, to pair with the various light bites and small plates. Additionally, the team has curated a craft cocktail menu that will also be available. Diners can select cocktails such as The Pink Panther featuring Hayman's London Old Tom Gin, Pamplemousse Liqueur, Dry Vermouth, and lemon.
Dinner reservations are available on Tock, and walk-ins are available. Robert Et Fils will offer service Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm. The kitchen will stay open until 9:00 pm.
