Chicago’s top bar talent is shaking things up behind the bar at RM Champagne Salon with a “Guests on Tap” Guest Bartender Series. Every Monday through the month of September (with the exception of Labor Day), the West Loop’s champagne lounge will feature a different Chicago bartender mixing up spirits from fernet to mezcal and more. The lineup includes bevy of the city’s bartenders and mixologists like Jay Schroeder of Mezcaleria Las Flores and Scotty LoBianco of Broken Shaker, to name a few. Each bartender will offer their own special drink menu for the evening focused on a particular spirit or area of expertise, adding inventive spins on classic cocktails, all priced at $10.
September 12: A Night of Agave with Jay Schroeder of Mezcaleria Las Flores
September 19: Lynn House featuring Sacred Bond Brandy
September 26: Broken Shaker takeover with Scotty LoBianco and a special DJ set by Champagne Machine Gun
