Travelle at The Langham

Ring in the new year at Travelle with a New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Dinner on Friday, December 31 with seating times between 5-10 p.m. The seven-course prix fixe menu featurs dishes including Nantucket Bay Scallop Ceviche, Hudson Valley Foie Gras appetizer, and Grilled Australian Wagyu NY Strip. To finish off the dining experience, guests can choose a dessert with Intermezzo featuring lemon with Grand Marnier and a Chocolate Experience with Manjari mousse, praline creameux, and hazelnut ice cream. A wine collection will also be available à la carte.

LondonHouse Chicago 

New Year’s Eve parties are back this year at hotel LondonHouse Chicago (85 East Wacker Dr.). Locals and visitors can ring in 2022 with activations all winter long throughout the hotel.

Guests can welcome 2022 with a bang, with a fireworks display and two parties beginning at 8:30 p.m. to choose from.

In the Juliette Ballroom, guests can partake in live music from modern rock cover band Mike & Joe, a four-hour open bar, hors d’oeuvres buffet, photo booth, and a champagne toast followed by a midnight buffet to cap off the festivities. Tickets start at $125 and can be purchased on Tock.

Guests can also choose to countdown to the new year at LH on 21. The rooftop affair will feature two live DJs (DJ Heavy and DJ Daily) with violinist Lil Sharp from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., four-hour open bar, complimentary champagne toast, party favors and passed appetizers. I|O Godfrey

Experience December 31st  and welcome in 2022 with a view of Chicago. From the fourth-floor perch of The Godfrey Hotel Chicago in River North, I|O offers 10,000 square feet of space for you to cheer in the year 2022.   • New Year's Brunch - Guests are invited to kick off the new year at Adorn’s Resolutions & Remedies Brunch. On January 1 & 2, 2022, guests can choose a brunch menu with live entertainment from a special Vinyl DJ from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The Signature Room and Lounge

  • The Signature Room at the 95th - Ring in the new year from above at The Signature Room and lounge. Choose a four-course dinner with four seatings, which includes one glass of Signature Room Brut sparkling wine to toast, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. (All other alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase). Dance the night away with live music by The Union Band on the dance floor, and watch the balloon drop at midnight to celebrate all good things to come in 2022. Dress code is formal. An array of entrée specials will be available with suggested expert beer pairings, a champagne toast, party favors and the chance to win at $100 gift card.

Testaccio

Osteria Langhe

  • King crab in pepper ragu and prosciutto-wrapped rabbit loin are amongst a few of the New Year’s Eve specials on offer at Piemonte, Italy inspired Osteria Langhe. The Logan Square spot is offering three seatings on New Years Eve with prices ranging from $85 per person at the beginning of the night to $135 per person for the final seating at 10:30 p.m. which includes a half bottle of Brut Rosé for each guest. The Whistler

  • With a host of DJ’s including DJ Mochi and Jordan Martin, Little Wild is throwing the rooftop New Years Eve party of the year. On December 31st, Robert Et Fils will offer two pre fixe menus including a condensed version for those who prefer a shorter experience. Priced at $205.00 per person and $130.00 per person. Executive Chef Rob Shaner has created a dégustation menu, inspired and built around the classic "Lièvre à la Royale." Through this, guests will experience a curation of French cuisine, met with intertwined bread courses and seasonal desserts by Pastry Chef Cati Molnar. In their version of a tasting menu, guests will get to meet and taste the flavors and aromas of autumn and earth. Diners can also add on a wine and cocktail pairing menu for an additional $90.00 per person or also have the option of adding a spirit-free cocktail pairing for an additional $70.00 per person.

Rose Mary

Ring in the new year with a family-style feast at Rose Mary. Ballyhoo Hospitality’s newest dining spot in the North Shore is offering a pre-fixe menu priced at $125.00 a person. Vol. 39

Stop by Vol. 39, located on the second floor of the Kimpton Gray Hotel, for a cocktail bar and lounge experience on New Years Eve. Take a ride on the “Ferris Wheel,” featuring a flight from the Golden Age of cocktails. The world’s first ferris wheel appeared in Chicago during the 1893 World’s Fair and Vol. 39’s Ferris Wheel Flight invites guests to partake in a tour of six drinks that shaped the modern cocktail world as we know it today. Meant to be shared, the libations include a champagne cocktail, daiquiri, martinez, manhattan, sazerac and negroni for $100. 

Nonnina

Nonnina's New Year’s Day brunch will be offered from 11am to 3pm to kick start your 2022. Located in River North, Nonnina’s brunch boasts Italian breakfast favorites as well as handcrafted options. Nonnina offers salads, housemade pastas, pizzas and brunch classics like Green Eggs & Ham — made with Poached Eggs, Sliced Prosciutto, Toasted Focaccia with a Basil Pesto Hollandaise and a side of Crispy Potatoes. Nonnina’s brunch is available every Saturday and reservations are available via OpenTable. 

The Dearborn

This New Years Eve, diners can order specials such as Prosciutto & Gruyere Croquettes, Octopus A la Plancha, Butter Poached Caribbean Lobster, Milk Fed Veal Chops, and a take on a “Root Beer Float.” The Dearborn will also have a DJ spinning tracks all night long and will have a special toast at midnight.

The Smith

The evening’s dinner special will include Airline Chicken Breast served with roasted asparagus, fingerling potatoes and finished with a beurre rouge; along with the cocktail featured for the evening being Rose Bubbles, a grapefruit rose botanical vodka, with hibiscus simple syrup and lemon juice, topped with Prosecco. Complimentary noise makers and midnight champagne toast will also be available.

Carnivale

Carnivale Chicago is spicing things up on New Year's Eve with a larger-than-life fashion in true Carnivale style. Chef Carlos Lucas Garza has developed a special menu just for the evening, offering dishes including King Crab Empanadas, a Ceviche Tasting, Lobster Paella, Lamb Rack and more. For dessert, diners can expect to indulge in style with a smoking Chocolate Cigar or melting Ruby Chocolate Globe, among other interactive treats. To get the party going, they will have a DJ spinning from 9 pm - 1 am and reservations made after 9:30 pm will have a guaranteed seating until the clock strikes midnight. Reservations are available with $25 deposit per person required via Tock. 

Fulton Market Kitchen

FMK invites guest to entertain their senses with inspired cuisine, craft cocktails, exotic dancers and more for "A Night in Rio" this New Year's Eve. Executive Chef Jonathan Harootunian will present a festive 6-course menu followed by a 4-hour open bar Late Night Party from 10 pm to 2 am complete with party-starting music, exotic dancers and more inspired by the celebrations of Latin America from Brasil to Mexico. Dinner seatings are available from 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm for those looking to order Chef's special meal before an evening on the town, as well as seatings from 8:00 - 9:30 pm for the complete New Year's party experience. Dinner guests for the later seating may sit at their reserved table until closing time. The late night Carnival Cocktail Party for guests 21 and over will begin at 10 pm and guests may purchase tickets to this event which includes admission, 4-hour open bar offerings of beer, wine and spirits, a live DJ and performance by Samba 1 and late night snacks. Ticket pricing options include general admission access ranging from $90-120, the 5:00-7:30 seating for $75, the 8:00-9:30 seating for $90 and a combination ticket which includes the prix fixe late seating and general admission to the party for $180 (early bird), $220 (beginning Decemeber 25). Oaken Bistro + Bar

Oaken Bistro + Bar, the North Shore restaurant located within The Forester Hotel, welcomes guests for live music in their dining room in addition to dinner specials, a midnight Champagne toast and a variety of "Late Night Good Luck Bites." Chef Kristen Burman has prepared special holiday offerings to order such as Herb Butter-Poached Maine Lobster, Center-Cut Filet Mignon and more, plus late night bites including Pork Tamale Bites, Hoppin' John Croquette, Soba and more for $5 each. Guests may sleep in on New Year's Day as the restaurant plans to extend their brunch service until 4 pm and will be offering a special on mimosas and Bloody Marys for just $10. Pacino's 

Located within the Roosevelt Collection Shops, the eatery will be offering special dishes from Executive Chef Michael Serratore, plus diners will be treated to party favors and a glass of Champagne to toast the new year. Lírica

Lírica, the Latin-inspired spot located on Lake Michigan at Chicago's Navy Pier will be open for New Year's Eve dinner reservations and will be offering a New Year's Day special brunch menu featuring a Raw Bar, Lox Station, Carving Stations and more, available to order for $59 (adults) and $24 (kids). Lírica will be serving fresh Oysters, King Crab, Shrimp Cocktail, Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Salmon and other dishes including Lobster Mac and Cheese, King Crab Benedict, a Vegan Protein Power Bowl and more. Ring in 2022 at Ina Mae with a Burlesque Show. $70 per person includes a Call Drink Package from 8pm-Midnight and Passed Appetizers, including Po-Boys, Gumbo and other Nola Classics. Bernie's Chicago

Order a four-course dining experience with friends and family as we bid farewell to 2021 and welcome the new year. The New Year’s Eve menu begins with your choice of Endive Salad, Harissa Beef Carpaccio or Prosciutto Wrapped Acorn Squash. The second course selections include Sunchoke Bisque, Garlic Prawns and Chive Gnocchi; followed by a main course of Short Rib, Whole Roasted Branzino, King Crab Fettuccine or Herb Crusted Lamb Rack. Miki's Park, the Korean-inspired restaurant & bar in River North is offering a hangover brunch on Saturday, January 1 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
