Throughout the month of July, Red Fish Bleu Fish and Porkchop are celebrating some cocktail and food holidays and offering catering options for the July 4 holiday. The Hyde, a speakeasy, is offering entertainment to go with the cocktails.
July 4 – National Barbecue Day—Porkchop’s Catering
This Fourth of July is also National Barbecue Day. Porkchop offers a barbecue catering menu, with options to let you customize your feast—choose packages (complete meals on a per person basis—all persons must order the same package), or choose Porkchop’s many tray options, each prepared for 8-10 people (half trays) or 18-20 people (full trays).
All packages include cornbread, coleslaw, and choice of fresh cut fries or mashed potatoes. There is a 15-person minimum for each package. The “Pig-Sized Savings package features smoked half chicken and cob corn; the "Always Delicious" package features the smoked half chicken and house salad; the "Basic BBQ" package includes smoked chicken wings, baby back ribs, cob corn and green beans; the "Southern Favorite" includes smoked brisket with buns and pickles, pulled pork, house salad and cob corn; the "Epicurean’s Delight" has BBQ ribs, smoked chicken wings, grilled salmon, grilled shrimp, house salad and green beans. If you’re watching your carbs, the special "Proteins Only" package leaves out the starches but includes smoked half chicken, smoked sausage, beef brisket grilled salmon and house salad.
Finally, you can order trays that serve 8-10 people (half-trays) and 18-20 people (full trays).

Wednesday, July 10, National Piña Colada Day will be celebrated at Red Fish Bleu Fish - Pina Colada to accompany your Whole Fried Caribbean Red Snapper, Jamaican Escovitch fish prepared with Scotch bonnet pepper.
Red Fish Bleu Fish celebrates National Mojito Day on Thursday, July 11. A taste of Cuba is yours with this classic Cuban cocktail. Enjoy it with Paella Ala Red Fish Bleu Fish, served with mussels, clams, shrimps, pulpo and calamari.
Porkchop celebrates National Tequila Day on Wednesday, July 24 with Margarita Flights, paired with Porkchop’s spicy dishes such as the BBQ Nachos, Blackened Shrimp and Grits, Cajun Fettuccine and the Hippie Burger—and the spicy hand-cut fries.
Monday, July 29 is National Chicken Wing Day - Porkchop’s barbecue Smoked Wings, slow smoked and flash fried, served with Porkchop hot sauce will be offered.
Porkchop’s Happy Hour, 4-6 p.m. on weekdays - $2 tacos and $7 margaritas.
Every Friday is Fish Fry Friday at Red Fish Bleu Fish, featuring Fish and Chips for just $13.
