Additional menu selections include: – Clam and Conch Chowder – Crab Cake Sliders – Ceviche, “Lighthouse” Seafood Tower, and Pie Mussels Pot – Crunchy Crab Salad (Cucumbers Daikon, Gala Apple, Tempura Flakes, Preserved Lemon Dressing and Unagi) – Baked Lobster Tail (Creamy White Corn Polenta, Red Wine and Gumbo Sauce) – Paella Red Fish Bleu Fish (Served with Mussels, Clams, Shrimps, Octopus and Calamari)
The menu also offers steak and poultry options, a variety of traditional pastas and flatbreads, salads including selections with Quinoa or Kale and Shaved Brussels Sprouts. The restaurant will also offer a kid’s menu. Happy Hour features $1 oysters, specially priced select apps and half-priced drinks.
The concept is from French-born Chicago restaurateur Jovanis Bourgoub (Porkchop restaurants). Red Fish, Bleu Fish accommodates seating for 200 including the bar area and al fresco dining during warmer months. The venue, which includes a separate banquet room, can accommodate groups of up to 400 guests.
