Ravenswood on Tap, the neighborhood’s annual craft beer festival, returns this summer on a new weekend. Traditionally held in June, the 6th annual “On Tap” will be held July 22-23, 2023, for the first year. Featuring beer and spirits from local breweries and distilleries, the two-day festival spotlights Malt Row.

“Ravenswood on Tap is a community favorite, and we’re excited to host it during the height of summer this year,” says Gene Wagendorf III, associate director of the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce (GRCC). “It’s exciting to see so many great Ravenswood breweries come out to support and collaborate with each other, and we also get to showcase some incredible local restaurants, artists, and musicians.”

Ravenswood on Tap is all about local businesses with food from local restaurants and food trucks, a line-up of live music and entertainment, as well as handmade goods from local retailers and artists. Located along Ravenswood Avenue between Berteau & Belle Plaine, otherwise known as “Malt Row,” the festival includes a suggested donation of $10 to benefit small business support and community programming from the GRCC (501c6) and public art and placemaking projects from the Ravenswood Community Council (501c3).

Confirmed participating breweries for the 2023 Ravenswood on Tap include: Begyle Brewing, Cultivate by Forbidden Root, Dovetail Brewery, Half Acre Beer Company, KOVAL Distillery, Hop Butcher for the World, LaGrow Organic Beer Co., and Spiteful Brewing.

Ravenswood on Tap kicks off Saturday, July 22nd from 12pm - 10pm and continues Sunday, July 23rd from 12pm - 6pm.
