Mike Satinover - more commonly known as Ramenlord (@ramenover) - will be hosting a Ramen Pop-Up at the Izakaya at Momotaro. The pop-up is December 2, from 6pm-midnight.
Menu: Akahoshi Miso: Sapporo standard, blend of 3 misos, garlic, ginger, spices. Rich, complex. Topped with pork belly chashu, ajitama egg, green onion, wok-fried vegetables, bamboo shoots.
Curry: Japanese curry spice, blended with aromatics and clear chicken broth. Aromatic, spicy. Topped with chicken confit, roasted japanese eggplant, ajitama egg, green onion.
The team at the Izakaya is also partnering with The House of Suntory for a fun beverage menu - cocktails include Toki Highballs- served from the Izakaya’s Highball Machine at the bar and a Yatai set up in the semi-private room. Cocktails for Ramen pairing include Black Star: Haku Vodka, Nigori sake, Velvet Falernum and Benedictine and High Tea: Green tea-infused Roku Gin, China-China, lemon and rose water.
