Executive Chef Cosmo Goss and Chef de Cuisine AJ Walker collaborated to develop a menu that underscores the light, clean and rustic fare the saloon-inspired establishment is known for alongside some decedent and indulgent brunch options. Roasted Pepper Scramble with Feta and Toast, Grilled Half Lobsters, and Ricotta Toast with Mackerel and Soft Boiled Egg are among the new options you can expect, complemented by the staple Pub Burger that can be topped with bacon, egg, and avocado for a little extra brunch flair. A wide array of Bloody Mary options will round out your brunching needs.
