On Saturday, August 10th the crew at John’s Food & Wine will welcome in restaurateur Ben Holland and Chef James Galbraith of PostBoy, set to open in New Buffalo later this summer, for a lunchtime pop-up. The PostBoy team will be testing out their daytime chops by presenting a special preview menu of their globally-inspired New American fare alongside favorites from John’s Food & Wine’s lunch menu. Ther will be wine and Michigan brews. The joint menu will be available from 12pm - 3pm while supplies last. This event will stick to John’s Food & Wine’s no reservation policy, but RSVPs are available via Eventbrite.
