The hospitality group behind The Green Post, The Bar on Buena and The Northman Beer & Cider Garden has brought its next concept to life in Lincoln Square. Piccadilly Market is an artisanal market, café, sandwich shop and beverage merchant that brings together some of Chicago’s small businesses under one roof, including marquee partners: Backlot Coffee, Rare Tea Cellar, Pretty Cool Ice Cream and many more.

Piccadilly Market will host a Grand Opening Celebration with tastings, giveaways and retailer promotions on March 7-9, stay tuned for more details.

“Piccadilly Market is the evolution of the local corner store," says Scott Morgan, co-founder of Fountainhead Hospitality Group. “Our goal is to connect food and beverage artisans directly with our customers through a fun and vibrant shop that is welcoming to all. We want to offer our community a welcoming space where guests can work, gather, shop, and enjoy sandwiches, cheese, wine, specialty ice cream, flowers, fresh bread, coffee, tea, and more.”

Adds Morgan: “Our retail partners are deeply engaged, creating a dynamic and responsive experience for our patrons. We’re small and independent, so we can adapt quickly to what resonates with our customers. We plan to offer weekly tastings and events to engage with our customers and make Piccadilly Market a true neighborhood destination.”

Piccadilly Sandwich Shop offers a rotating selection of made-to-order hot pressed “presswiches” and deli-style sandwiches along with salads and soups daily. Piccadilly Sandwich Shop will serve from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday; and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
