In keeping with Hotel EMC2’s thematic convergence of art + science, dinner guests of the Albert can follow suit with a special, three-course “pi day” menu that includes:
Mini Sicilian pizza pie
Braised chicken pot pie
House made mini pie trio: Cherry, spiced apple and key lime
Cost is $49 per person, exclusive of tax, beverage and gratuity.

For those who prefer their pie in liquid form, the bar at the Albert will also offer a range of pi-themed martinis (all $16), including:
1. Easy as Pie: Daiquiri with Rum, Lime and Sugar
2. Key Lime Pie: Cognac Mule with Cognac, Lime, Sugar and Ginger
3. Grandpa’s Favorite Pie: Apple Martini with Apple Brandy, Cinnamon, Lemon and Graham Cracker Garnish
