Friday, July 28th is Peru Independence Day and Tanta is offering  Peruvian tasting menu experience and will continue on Sunday, 7/30 with Tanta’s Peruvian Independence Market Rooftop Day Party where Tanta’s rooftop will be transformed to a Peruvian marketplace.

Chef's Table Experiencia Perú (Peruvian Independence Day Celebration Dinner) || Friday, 7/28

Tanta in celebrating Peru Independence Day on Friday, July 28th with Tanta’s Chef’s Table Experiencia Perú where guests will be transported to the streets of Lima with a five-course menu showcasing traditional techniques in Peruvian gastronomy.

This one-night-only event will begin at 5:30pm on Tanta’s second floor dining room that overlooks their rooftop terrace. Here, a celebratory reception will commence featuring Peru’s national cocktail, the pisco sour, in addition to passed appetizers. Guests will then be seated for a five-course tasting menu starting at 6:30pm with Peruvian dishes such as leche de tigre, cebiche, tiradito, catch-of-the-day creations, and more.

Peruvian Independence Market Rooftop Day Party || Sunday, 7/30

In addition to Tanta’s Chef’s Table Experiencia Perú tasting menu experience on Friday, July 28th for Peru Independence Day, Tanta will be hosting a Peruvian Independence Market Rooftop Day Party on Sunday, July 30th. Happening from noon to 3pm, Tanta’s rooftop will be transformed to a Peruvian marketplace, showcasing various food and cocktail stations throughout where you can taste, sip Peruvian culture. Live music will also be taking place with local South American trio Diana Mosquera and The Band.
