In collaboration with Paddington Bear, The Langham, Chicago is launching a limited-edition afternoon tea experience this August through November, featuring specially treats inspired by Paddington Bear.
Centered around all things British, the experience will feature a menu of petite sandwiches, house-made scones, proprietary teas, and desserts curated by Executive Chef Damion Henry and Executive Pastry Chef Walleska Cianfanell. In addition to a selection of teas and scones, guests can choose Paddington-inspired offerings, including the following:
The “Please Look After this Bear,” with blood orange marmalade and fresh thyme on white bread.
The “Peru to London” cheese course, featuring aged English cheddar, honeycomb, huckleberry, hazelnut, and focaccia.
The “P.B. Suitcase,” a chocolate sponge cake with peanut butter mousse and salted caramel.
An experience for children and adults alike, the specialty tea will be available on Saturdays and Sundays until November 30th. Reservations can be made via Tock.
