Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen in Roscoe Village will hold their next tasting event on Thursday, April 6, featuring organic/biodynamic wines. Led by beverage director Alex Basich, guests will explore several red, white and sparkling selections, accompanied with hors d'oeuvres by chef William Lara.
After the 7 p.m. sampling, paid participants will receive two bottles of wine to take home, along with tasting notes and food pairing recommendations. As a bonus, ticket holders can invite one guest to the event free of charge. Tickets ($89) are available for purchase on Le Sud's website.
