Arami holds its monthly noodle night the last Monday of every month and with February’s date falling on Leap Day, Chef de Cuisine Ajay Popli has created three noodle dishes specifically for February. This month’s menu, which pushes the borders of classic Japanese ramen, will include:
Buffalo Chicken Ramen
Buffalo wings, celery, carrot and scallion marinated in a Buffalo, blue cheese and miso broth. $14
Handmade ramen ravioli, wagyu filling, uni cream sauce. $14
Large parties are encouraged for these traditional family-style eats, but all party sizes are welcome to share in the comfort foods of Japan. Arami will also offer specials on hot sake, including their house brew: Ichi No Torii, a carafe for $15 or glass pours for $7. Additionally, Noodle Nights will feature $5 Asahi Japanese beers.
