Sangtae Park and Kate Park of HIS Hospitality Group are bringing two omakase experiences together for an exclusive four-night dinner series. 

From Nov 7-10, less than 100 diners will be able to experience OMAKASE YUME  X BONYEON: Counter Culture, from both Omakase Yume and sister steak omakase concept Bonyeon. This 17-course collaboration celebrates both premium sushi cuts and premium beef cuts, with Chef Sangtae at the 12-seat Bonyeon chef’s counter. The occasion will be educational, showcasing lesser-known textures and cooking techniques that embrace the art of omakase from beef to bluefin, and through Korean touches honoring Chef Sangtae’s heritage.

There will be two seatings per night at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are available via Resy.
