Omakase Shoji, Chicago's newest omakase, is led by Takashi Iida and Shoji Takahashi in West Town. The restaurant offers an omakase dining experience, reflecting Takashi's experience Japanese culinary traditions. A cocktail menu also blends spirits and fresh ingredients to create traditional cocktails with a Japanese twist. Omakase Shoji also has a selection of Japanese whiskeys and sakes. Menu options include:

  • Shoji Old Fashioned: Iwai 45 whiskey, Haitai Black Tea Gomme, Allspice bitters

  • Natsu Sour: Vodka, Midori, Egg White, Lemon Juice, Mint Syrup, Cucumber Bitters

  • Toki Highball: Toki Whiskey, Grapefruit Bitters, Grapefruit Swath, Sparkling Water

  • Akuma No Kemuri: Los Vecinos Mezcal , Shiro Kirishima Soju, Giffard Creme De Cassis, Lemon juice, Cane Sugar. Topped w/ Hibiscus Ginger Beer

  • Shoji Saketini: Japanese Gin, Koshi No Kombi Sake, Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth, Marie Brizard Pear Liqueur

  • Crimson Sky Negroni: Senjo Japanese Gin, Campari, Bermutto Japanese Sweet Vermouth, Giffard Lychee, Liqueur
