Omakase Shoji has launched a new Kappo cuisine menu in their izakaya-style bar. Kappo, combines the chef-led theatrics of omakase offering a menu of nostalgic dishes and seasonal specials and a la carte experience. Dining at the bar is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can choose from a selection of Japanese small plates, traditional sashimi, rolls, and tempura. 

Menu options include Gyoza, Shrimp Shumai, Kushi Katsu (pork), Unagi Kabayaki (barbeque eel), and Miso Soup. Traditional roll offerings include Salmon Avocado, Spicy Tuna, and Negi Hamachi. Specialty rolls include the Dragon Roll, made with avocado, cucumber, shrimp tempura, mayo, topped with avocado, grilled eel, and unagi sauce, and the Orange Sunshine Roll, made with shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, chopped salmon, smelt roe, mayo, chili oil, sliced orange, and orange tobiko. Additionally, sushi sets will be available, offering guests a glimpse into the full omakase experience.

A cocktail menu also blends premium spirits and fresh ingredients to create traditional cocktails with a Japanese twist. Cocktail offerings include the Shoji Old Fashioned, Natsu Sour, Noki Highball, Akuma No Kemuri, Shoji Saketini, and Crimson Sky Negroni. Non-alcoholic options include the Kyuri Pie Fizz and Lyre’s Amalfi Spritz.
