A One Off Hospitality yearly event, The Publican's (837 W Fulton Market) Oktoberfest draws crowds to the dining room and outdoor Biergarten for a taste of the restaurant’s rustic roots. 

On September 18th and October 2nd, guests will be offered a four family style courses of German-inspired dishes like pork schnitzel, handmade Publican Quality Meats sausages, and, of course, pretzels. Pours from The Publican’s list of brews will be flowing, and diners are encouraged to dress up in traditional Oktoberfest wear.

There will be 2 seatings per night: 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets for both days can be purchased on Tock for $120 each.

  • MENU: 
    • 1st Course:
      • Publican Quality Bread pretzel, obatzda beer cheese, mustard
      • Pint of Paulaner
    • 2nd Course: 
      • Smoked white fish dip, seeded rye, trout roe
      • Apple salad, horseradish buttermilk dressing, fresh herbs
      • Roasted brussels sprouts, spaetzle, mustard vinaigrette 
    • 3rd Course: 
      • Pork schnitzel, pickle salad, house-made mustard
      • Publican Quality Meats sausage, bacon braised sauerkraut 
    • 4th Course: 
      • German apple cake, burnt cinnamon whipped cream
      • Served with an Underberg
