What to know about Offshore Launches New Dinner to Pair with the Chicago Skyline Views

Offshore launched an all new dinner menu on July 20. Offshore is now offering locals a selection of menu items to pair with the city views. New starters include Ahi Tuna Maki Rollswith avocado, soy, and wasabi, $17; Crab Maki Rollwith cucumber, crab sauce, and tobiko caviar, $17; Heirloom Tomato and Avocadowith lime, chile, oregano, and red onion, for $15; The Kitchen Sinkwith salami, hearts of palm, cucumber, shrimp, garlic dressing, blue cheese, red onion, tomato, avocado, and pepperoncini, for $16; Avocado Hummuswith lime oil, Latin spices, and house tortilla chips, for $15; The Stack,with skinny frites, white cheddar, and chives, for $14; and Hickory Smoked Chicken Wingstossed with hot sauce, and ranch, $16. 

For patrons looking for a larger entrée, new options include Ahi Tuna Poke Bowlwith sushi rice, avocado, carrot, cucumber, and strawberry papaya, $26; Nashville Style Hot Chicken Sandwichwith vinegar slaw, pickles, and fries, $15; Prime Double Griddle Burgerwith grilled red onions, smoked cheddar, and fries, $16; Florida Red Grouperwith fingerling potatoes, olives, oyster mushrooms, and a salsa verde, $36; Faroe Island Salmonwith charred sweet corn, English peas, and a guajillo chile sauce; $32, a Smoked Half Chickenwith spiced potatoes, lemon, and oregano gremolata,$24; and an 8oz.
