From 7 PM-9 PM on Thursday, October 6th, guests can experience a one-time collaboration dinner by attending Frontier Chicago's (1072 N. Milwaukee Ave) third Smoke Sessions Series event where Frontier’s Executive Chef (and recently titled Food Network’s 2022 Chopped champion), Brian Jupiter, will be joined by Wazwan’s Chef Zubair Mohajir, the chef behind Wicker Park’s first Indian tasting menu restaurant.
For $68 a person, attendees will receive 4 cocktails and 4 dishes from the chefs’ specially curated menu. While guests are mingling and sipping Beam Suntory cocktails on Frontier’s beer garden, Chef Jup and Chef Zubair will be presenting, preparing, and plating Smoked Prichathu Wings, Smoked Brisket Hummus, and Smoked Spiced Rub Lamb Ribs for the guests to indulge in.
