Oaken Bistro + Bar, located within The Forester Hotel, 200 N. Field Dr. has partnered with the Lake Forest Dance Academy to spice up Sweetest Day by offering an evening of dinner and dance lessons. Saturday, October 15 beginning at 6 pm, instructor Denita Inez will lead couples through a 60-minute Rumba lesson in the hotel’s private ballroom. No dancing experience necessary – couples will be guided through the entire experience for tips and tricks to move in style, together. Following the lesson, couples will make their way to the dining room to be treated to a three-course meal including couple’s choice of an appetizer to share, entrées, a glass of wine and a dessert to end the night on the sweetest of notes. Tickets are on sale now for $199 per couple which includes dinner and the dancing lesson available via their website.

Diners will have their choice of an appetizer to share, two entrees and a dessert to share together. The Oaken Bistro + Bar menu featuring all the makings of a date night, offering everything from P.E.I Mussels to a Braised Red Wine Short Rib along with a variety of sandwiches, salads and other savory must-try dishes and sweet treats.
Sweetest Day dance class at Oaken Bistro + Bar will begin approximately at 6pm followed by dinner at 7pm.
