Holiday Bucktown

The Bristol has put together a special 4 course menu for New Year's Eve. Starters and house-made pastas to share, entrees and desserts will be available for guests, compliments of Chef Todd Stein. New dishes will also be introduced for this celebratory night, including:

  • Chicken liver mousse, country pate & steak tartare
  • Pappardelle, lamb ragu, green olives & mint
  • Duck confit, fingerling potatoes, citrus roasted fennel & braised collard
  • Fennel & espelette-rubbed pork tenderloin, celery root-apple puree, giant white beans
