Chef Stanton’s Noodles

Cup O’ Noodles Ocean Flavor, fresh squid ink noodles with Uni broth. $13


The RamenQ, smoked pork shoulder, cabbage, fresno chile, pickled egg. $14

Chef Popli’s Noodles

Taco-men, Tex-Mex broth, spiced beef, cheese crisp, pico de gallo, cilantro. $14


Steakhouse Hiyashi Chuka, grilled domestic wagyu, iceberg lettuce, tomato, blue cheese, bacon. $15

Arami’s monthly noodle nights occur the last Monday of each month and feature specials on hot sake, including their house brew, Ichi No Torii (a carafe for $15 or glass pours for $7) and $5 Asahi Japanese beers. Large parties are encouraged for the family-style eats.
