Noche de Cerveza with Lagunitas will be a night with
Lagunitas Brewing on the patio at D’Noche, a dinner concept from Café Con Leche
in Logan Square, on Tuesday, June 16 at 7:00 p.m. Dinner will include five
tastings from Lagunitas Brewing Company paired with a four course dinner. A representative
from Lagunitas will be at D’Noche speaking about each of the beers. Guests will
be welcomed with Pils, a Czech style pilsner to whet their palate. The first
course will include stuffed squash blossom with a huitlacoche mousse and
epazote sauce paired with IPA, a hoppy India Pale Ale. The second course of grilled
quail with a blood orange and caper relish with dates will be paired with a new
release from Lagunitas from their One Hitter series, CitruSinensis Pale Ale,
brewed with natural blood orange flavors. The third course will be a grilled
lamb chop with a huancaina sauce and bok choy paired with Hop Stoopid, an ale
with a double-barrel dose of malt and hops. Lastly, a cilantro lime sorbet with
be paired with DayTime, a fractional IPA. The price for the all-inclusive beer
dinner is $50 per person, and it includes tax and gratuity. Guests may purchase
